Terms & Conditions – Silver Meteor

1. Project Details

• Silver Meteor is a residential project developed by Silver Group, located in Tathawade, Pune.
• The project consists of 34-storey towers offering 2, 2.5, 3, and 4 BHK apartments with premium amenities.
• The layout, design, and features are subject to modifications as per government approvals and developer discretion.

2. Booking & Payments

• A booking amount must be paid to confirm unit selection.
• Payment schedules and installment plans must be followed as per the agreement.
• Delays in payments may result in penalties or cancellation as per RERA guidelines.

3. Possession & Handover

• Possession will be provided as per the agreed timeline and subject to regulatory approvals.
• Delays due to force majeure (government regulations, natural disasters) will not be the developer’s responsibility.

4. Exclusive Launch Offer

• Waiver on floor rise charges is applicable to the first 51 homebuyers under the promotional offer.
• This offer is limited-time and may be modified or withdrawn at the developer’s discretion.

5. Modifications & Customization

• Internal modifications requested by buyers are subject to developer approval and additional charges.

6. Taxes & Additional Charges

• Prices are exclusive of GST, registration fees, stamp duty, and other statutory charges, payable by the buyer.
• Government policy changes impacting taxation will be applicable as per regulations.

7. Cancellation & Refund

• In case of cancellation, a refund will be processed after deducting cancellation charges as per the agreement.
• Refund timelines will be in accordance with the booking terms.

8. Legal & Regulatory Compliance

• The project is RERA-registered, and all transactions will comply with real estate laws.
• Disputes, if any, will be subject to Pune jurisdiction.

9. Marketing & Promotions

• Images, videos, and artistic impressions in marketing materials are for illustrative purposes only.
• Actual specifications may vary.

10. General Conditions

• The developer reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice.
• By booking a unit, the buyer agrees to comply with all terms mentioned in the agreement.
